Return / Exchange Policy

Please note - you must call before sending back an item!

If you wish to return or exchange an item(s) that you have purchased, please contact us before sending back any returns.

All returned items must be in the condition that they were purchased. If we can tell the item has been used or been on the track, the item will he held until you pay for shipping back to you.  Used equipment is not returnable except for manufacturing issues.

Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment to receive a full refund of purchase price.  Returns / Exchanges after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns / exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.

Be advised - If you use your purchase for a few days or during a practice session, and then decide it’s not for you - it’s yours plain and simple.

In the event of a return, once the item(s) has been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus the initial shipping cost.

In a situation where an item is exchanged for a different size, shipping charges will be applied to the replacement item.

Refunds will be made via the manner in which it was made.  If a credit card was used, the refund will go on that card.  If Paypal was used, the refund will be through Paypal.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Please send your return back via USPS or UPS.

If you attempt to return an item to Team Valhalla Racing and it is lost by the carrier before reaching us, we are not responsible for making a refund for that item(s) being returned.  You will need to address the loss with the carrier you chose to utilize. 

Team Valhalla Racing reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.  In the event an order is canceled or refused, all received funds / payments will be returned immediately.
