Shipping policy
We'll make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but this may depend on inventory levels at the time your order is placed. If you would like to receive your order by a specific time, please contact us either by phone 1-419-682-1360 or email sales@valhallaracing.com to let us know what time frame you are dealing with.
Most shipments are made utilizing UPS or USPS. Every UPS and USPS package has a tracking number that is emailed to the customer upon its shipment. If you’re not receiving an email from UPS or USPS with tracking information, you may want to check your “Junk Mail” folder.
Once a package has been sent, delivery is beyond our control. Team Valhalla Racing will gladly assist with applying for additional tracking information for any package that is beyond the three week delivery time frame. Ultimately though, once the carrier has taken control of the package, delivery is not guaranteed. Team Valhalla Racing will not replace shipments lost by carriers.
